Cancelation Policy

More than 30 Days Before Camp Start Date:

Participants may cancel their registration more than 30 days before the camp start date and receive a full refund of all tuition fees paid.

 15 to 30 Days Before Camp Start Date:

Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund of the tuition fees paid.

Less than 15 Days Before Camp Start Date:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date.

Cancellation by Camp Administration:

In the unlikely event that the administration cancels the camp due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund.

If a participant withdraws from the camp program after it has begun, no refund will be issued.

Transfer of Registration:

Participants may not transfer their registration to another individual.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in via email to hello@california.horse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Policy Amendments:

The camp administration reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
