Rail Riders – Advanced Beginner Riding Club
Skills sharpen with every ride.
Rail Riders is designed for kids who already have a solid foundation in horsemanship—catching, haltering, grooming, saddling, mounting, steering, and stopping independently. These riders can safely maneuver a horse around the arena at the walk.
In this club, they’ll focus on learning to trot, learning arena patterns, and preparing for the canter/lope in a safe, supportive environment. Riders also strengthen ground-handling skills and deepen their understanding of horse behavior—all without the pressure of horse shows.
This program includes:
Skill-building in the saddle — walk/trot refinement, steering, and arena patterns
Horsemanship — horse handling, ground skills, and safety awareness
Confidence & teamwork — supportive group challenges that grow independence
When:
3:00 – 5:30 p.m. Mondays (Limited slots available)
11:30 – 1:30 p.m. Sundays (Limited slots available)
