California Riding Club + Miss Maker = Saddle & STEM Horse Camp
This is not a “pet the pony and glue a popsicle stick” kind of camp. At Saddle & STEM Horse Camp, kids don’t just ride horses. They learn how the ranch actually works, then roll up their sleeves and make it better.
Mornings start in the saddle. Afternoons happen in the makerspace. Somewhere in between, kids discover they’re more capable than they thought.
What Your Kid Will Actually Do
Ride & Care for Horses: Learn real horsemanship, grooming, tacking, barn skills, and riding time every day. Confidence grows with every lap around the arena.
Engineer the Ranch: STEM projects inspired by real ranch problems: building, designing, testing, fixing, and improving. (Yes, drills are involved. Safely. Gloriously.)
Miss Maker Tinker Time: Dedicated free-build STEM time where kids dive deep into their favorite projects, circuits, contraptions, and “what happens if we try this?” moments.
Build Grit, Not Just Crafts
We value curiosity over perfection, teamwork over competition, and kids who ask great questions — even if they get a little dusty doing it.
